3. Event Booking

All ticket bookings are subject to seat availability, event organizer approval, and successful payment. Booking confirmation is generated only after successful transaction processing.

4. Pricing and Payments

Event prices are listed in INR and may include applicable taxes and charges. Payment processing is handled through approved payment gateway partners.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the platform for fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access attempts, abuse, or any unlawful activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bhojpal Garbha acts as a booking platform and is not liable for event cancellation, rescheduling, or organizer-side operational issues beyond our control.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform, or restrict any booking or account, if a user violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or fails to comply with event rules, payment requirements, or applicable law. Termination may also be enforced if a booking is found to be invalid, duplicate, or in breach of the event’s stated conditions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, text, graphics, software, design elements, and other intellectual property appearing on Bhojpal Garbha are either owned by or licensed to BHEL JAN SEVA SAMEETI and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
